This ambitious new construction project, comprising an ensemble of four high-rise buildings in the center of Frankfurt, enriches the skyline and creates a new inner-city district for work, living, and leisure. The mix of uses, with 600 apartments of various sizes, high-quality office space, hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets, is revitalizing a formerly isolated district and enhancing the urban space with squares, a public roof terrace, green islands, and new pathways. The four towers are grouped in such a way that they completely frame the central square.

The design by Rotterdam-based firm UNStudio Ben van Berkel won an international architectural competition in 2017 and has been realized by Frankfurt-based project developer Gross & Partner since 2019. 
As part of the implementation planning, fs|a is responsible for planning the interior design of the apartments, offices, retail spaces, hotels, and restaurants in towers RT2 and RT4.
